    These recipes are absolutely yummy, yummy, yummy!! We had company over for dinner (four of us total and fixed the three items. One of our friends refuses to eat anything that has fruit in it. Well, we didn't tell him what was in the salsa - and he pretty much finished the bowl off. And there wasn't a speck of meat left either. This recipe will most certainly be used many times over in our home.

    First, I don't generally like pork, but I tried it on my own, didn't look exactly like Emeril's but it was amazing. It tastes great and is just a perfect recipe.
