    Today was my first day back at school and I wanted something easy to make tonight...all I had in the refrig was some smoked sausage so I made this quick soup, turned it on simmer and hopped in the pool...20 minutes later, WOW...EXCELLENT..and my husband loved it too....I added some hot peppers to my portion and enjoyed it very much. I will definitely add this one to my recipe box.
