I chose to make this recipe because I had roasted red peppers I needed to use. It was excellent and finished in under 30 minutes. Good enough for company and/or Sunday dinner.

So easy and SOOOOO good. This is the best recipe I have taken off this site to date. Everyone in my house loved it. I didn't make either of the sides though(green beans or the bread, just the chops and I made some rice w/ it. It was quite simple and very delicious. I recommend this definitely!!

WOW! My husband, who normally doesn't care to much for pork chops, said, "put this in your recipe book, I now like pork chops." He has never said to put something in my book, I always have to ask. The chorizo I used was different than the one Rachael used. It was softer and couldn't be chopped. It turned into a sauce when cooked, instead of holding it's shape. Still worked perfectly, so incredibly yummy!!!!

This was such unique taste to bring to the mid-week meal. I substituted cilantro for the parsley to make it even better.

I loved this recipe. I used red peppers (since I couldn't find pequillo and substituted andouille sausage for chorizo. I am always looking for new ways to serve pork chops and this sauc was a great choice!

I made this for the first time tonight and it was very easy and delicious. I did have to go to a couple of different stores to get the ingredients but the end result was absolutely amazing! I think I have found a new favorite dinner : This will definitely be one I'll make again and again!

I made this for the first time, and was able to have dinner ready in less than 45 minutes.

Couldn't find chorizo, so I substituted italian sausage and added a lot of paprika.

    Delicious!
