Amazing! The ribs - best I have ever had! Words cannot describe how great the dish was. Slaw was a great addition. I have made this recipe 3 times this week so far ... Crazy Good !! :

The ribs were excellent, but I was very disappointed in the slaw. I should have known when it called for 2 TB. of cumin. It was so overpowering that that's all I could taste, and I even put way less than what it called for. I'm not sure why cumin was even in the recipe. You could leave it out completely and it would be great.

AMAZING !!!!! I made the ribs & the slaw. I would definitely make these again.. the slaw would go good with just about anything, & well the ribs you just have to say. Step Away From The Ribs. Seriously you must make extra cause you're going to need it.

Very easy to make! I wraped the foil around the pan, broth, and ribs. Very, very tender. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Ribs were moist but the hoisin over powered the ribs. I would recommend if you really like hoisin sauce.
