    I liked the meal very much but the recipe isn't very specific. I didn't know what kind of Dry rub to season the short ribs and how much red wine to put. but my family did really like this recipe.

    I had all the ingredients except the peppers they indicated, I just used green peppers instead. This meal was very easy and my husband called me to tell me they were the best he's ever had! I only wish we could go to the Zin restuarant to try other tasty meals. Thanks.

    I order these short ribs almost every time I go to the Zin Restaurant. It is wonderful to have the recipe to make for family and friends. Turns our GREAT!! Very proud to serve this meal.

    This is a great recipe! Super easy. I have used this recipe several times and it is always a big hit. Use a decent Zinfandel and if you substitute with other red wine it misses the point of the restaurant recipe but still good. I have also used this recipe to braise whole beef brisket. YUM!
