Not a big curry fan but this is terrific. Also halved the recipe and still had some left for chicken and rice dish that should work well. Did use a little extra lime. Curry forever(I think

I used shrimp with a rough chop. The mayo is unbelievable but I just lightly coated the shrimp combo. I let is sit in the refrg. overnite to set up. I am going to use the leftover curry mayo on cut up cooked chicken. This recipe is a definite show stopper.

I'm currently eating this recipe after trying it with shrimp and imitation crab meat not only is it tasty and easy to make, but it has turned my family away from hating curry after not being able to cook with it for so long. I'd definitely suggest this for a warm spring day with some coleslaw and seasoned french fries.

I can buy 6-8 size shrimp for $10.00 less per pound than lobster, so that is what I used. I thought it was great! Because lobster is so expensive in my part of the world, I can only make it 3 or 4 times a year, and my husband wants it served only with drawn butter. So I guess I'll never taste a real lobster roll.

Made this a few days ago for some friends. I followed the recipe exactly and it was very easy and produced an outstanding dish. This is great and I think it should also work well with shrimp. Thanks Bobby.

The curry mayo has a wonderful flavor, but it overpowers the flavor of the lobster -- kind of a waste. This would be great with chicken or shrimp, but doesn't to justice to lobster.
