    Very easy to make. Great flavors. I tasted the salsa verde before I put it on the food and I was afraid it was too citrusy. But it tasted great on the meat and the jasmine rice that we made.

    Made recipe this weekend for friends. Had the skirt steak in flour tortillas with all accompaniments from recipe and added a chipolte aioli as well. Delicious.

    Great flavors and the salsa verde was a big hit. The watercress cooked down too much-may use spinach next time.

    My husband and brother ate the whole 1.5 lbs in one sitting. Excellent recipe and the salsa is delicious. Made it exactly like the recipe says. It is a family favorite.

    I made just the steak with the marinade. I have never seen so many happy faces.. My husband is a vegetarian, so I made 2 versions...his had veggie BBQ "beef" - comes 2 in a pack on skewers. Marinated both separately 3 plus hours and then grilled. Major success...juicy, tender and soo delicious. My family was raving all during dinner - Especially my husband the veggo
