Loved this recipe. Made them for a party yesterday and everyone raved about them and asked for the recipe. I used thin chicken cutlets and baked them for about 18 minutes and they were perfect. Can't wait to make them again.

I followed this recipe but for one exception. I didn't have Boursin, therefore, I combined cream cheese with fresh thyme, garlic salt, roasted garlic and a bit of pesto to substitute. These were adorable little packages with a lot of flavor. They were gone within minutes! Try this recipe and I'm sure you'll receive requests as I have.

I found the flavor to be excellent. I made my own cheese out of cream cheese and herbs and didn't add any seasoning to the chicken itself. The Prosciutto that I used was so thin that I had a lot of difficulty seperating it. In the future I think I need to make the chicken pieces smaler and the prosciutto a bit thicker. My family can't wait to have it again.

This recipe was easy to prepare and tasted very good, but it was a little too salty for my taste. It was better dipped in honey mustard dressing. This seemed to cut the salty taste a bit.
