These were wonderful appetizers and while I would not respond so harshly to the recipe being served on a saltine cracker I would suggest serving it on something different so it's more visually appealing. I used Brushetta. The flavors were fantastic and very popular at my son's High School Graduation party. Thank you Chef Irvine!

I enjoy appetisers like this one. Chef Irvine may not translate well in the States, tho' I quite like/eat British Cuisine.Humble foods which are not "fussy" or overly complicated.Chef,Great Dish. Thank You.Hits the spot.If anyone likes "tapas",this is quite similar w/a twist.

I read this recipe. I am northern Italian from Venuto & could not believe you want to put sausage, Polenta & parmesan on a saltine cracker!!! Use a crostini or brushetta...... That is horrible. It sounds like a recipe from some midwestern PTA!!!! Foodnetwork you should be ashamed!!!!
