Absolutely one of my favorite recipes. Made it for a dinner party and was a big hit. Full of flavor with fish herbs and juices. Light and healthy. Can't wait to make again.

Great recipe! We had a thick steak sliced into two steaks that were about 1/2 inch thick. This was a quick delicious dinner which we enjoyed with a bottle of Frei Brothers Chardonnay from California.

After having read all of the great reviews I so wanted to make this for dinenr guests as I picked up some amazingly fresh swordfish. Unfortunately, the finished product (at least for me was just ok. I feel I could have gotten the same end result by having used a bottled dressing thus saving money on not having to purchase 6 packages of fresh herbss and time sisnce chopping all of those takes more than a few minutes....not to mention having more of a mess to clean up. For me...this was a one-time recpie as I won't be making this recipe again.

My Sister made this on X-Mas Eve and it was AWESOME. Unfortunately... the swordfish she bought ended up being bad and didn't get served, but it didn't matter b/c this is seriously the best salad dressing I've ever tasted. The key???? She followed this to a T and used ALL fresh ingredients

Now one of my husband's favorite fish dishes. Great with halibut or marlin also. Quick and easy to make, yet a very elegant presentation.

and it was a great experience. The dressing was light, and well suited to the grilled fish. I served it was spaghetti and a simple tomato sauce. The only thing I changed was I increased the amount of vinegar as I like a sharper vinaigrette. Also there was plenty of vinaigrette left over for salads the next day.

It's been a hot and humid all week and I was getting tired of the usual BBQ fare. This went together quickly,I made it according to the recipe except I did not have fresh tarragon , so I subbed some dried tarragon and it was fine, very light and fresh tasting . My daughter doesn't like swordfish so I made hers with some shrimp and they were also excellent with the vinaigrette.
