I love love love this recipe! It is my boyfriends favorite he raves about it everytime I make and then goes on to talk to his friends about it for the rest of the day. I like my wings spicy so I always add extra hot sauce. My boyfriend hates onions so I leave those off and I usually use mozzarella cheese instead. It does take a little longer than 30minutes unless you prepare for it ahead of time. I usually put the dough which i get frozen in the fridge the night before.

This recipe seems to make it on the table at least once every couple of weeks. I sometimes use a boxed pizza crust mix (jiffy, pre-bake it and it works out just fine. Would also be good to throw some sliced celery and shredded carrots on top of the pizza right after it comes out of the oven and serve with low fat Ranch dressing for dipping. Tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza at CPK and my husband commented that this one is better. That's enough of a rave review for me!

Made this tonite for dinner for my boyfriend. i thought the sauce was a little 2 watery for my taste so i cooked it down a bit till it thickened up. Other than that it was amazing we both loved it.

I have tried several recipes from Rachel and have 3 of her books... but this pizza beat out almost everything I have tried so far. The use of the tomato sauce with the "wing" sauce is perfect!! I subsituted whole wheat dough, and prebaked it like Rachel did on the show... what a difference in texture... that will be something that I do from now on. Thanks!

I am an avid homemade pizza maker, it is a hobby of mine! This was a new one for me and everyone loved it. As mentioned in previous reviews, if you like your wings spicy, add 2 additional tbsns of hot sauce to your sauce for the chicken. Also, use the half the sauce to coat the chicken and the other half as sauce for the pizza. I sliced the scallions and put them on the pizza before backing. Don't forget the blue cheese, kids, it makes the pizza over the top!

I must admit I was a bit skeptical about making the buffalo sauce using tomato sauce and putting blue cheese on a pizza, but it's SO GOOD!!! My family loves pizza, and whenever I make this pizza, it's a cause for cheers from the whole family (even from picky husband. Although this pizza is worth the effort, my only qualm is that it doesn't take *me* 30 minutes to make it; it takes much longer. Maybe a time-savings would be to grill the chicken the day before planning to make the pizza and buying store-bought pizza crusts would cut down on my time? Just my two cents' worth.

My husband said this is the best pizza he's ever had. This is no small statement, as he loves his pizza. I used one of the premade/baked pizza crusts you can buy in your grocier's bakery. That really made it a quick fix. I'll make this recipe again soon!
