    Such a treat for breakfast, snack, or dessert (with icecream! I've made it with plums as well and it was fabulous!

    I have made this every year for at least five years. The kuchen comes out perfectly every time. It is a wonderful center piece; beautiful and not too sweet, perfect to share at a table with a cup of tea and a friend.

    I love this recipe. The finished product is beautiful and so tasty. If you are familiar with yeast dough and how to work with it, the recipe is very easy to make as well.
