I thought this dish was quite tasty. I substituted edamame for the lima beans.

My family LOVES this recipe! Delicious. I use peas instead of lima beans, and always make extra scallops for my hungry brew. The recipe is perfect!

I wasn't really impressed with this recipe. The scallops were tasteless.

This is so fresh and wonderful. The Basil and vinegar at the end gives it just the right touch, as does the parsley-lemon sauce. The only downside to this is that there is a LOT of chopping, and scallops are expensive.

This recipe is so great! I like to do the succotash on it's own without the scallops but it's a wonderful side dish! So healthy and full of flavor! It's also great served cold!

This recipe was absolutely excellent. Healthy and delicious! I listened to some of the comments, made sure not to pack down the parsley and added a bit extra lemon juice and it was PERFECT! Always looking for healthier meals that actually taste good, this one is a winner!

This meal was very light and refreshing...reminiscing of summer days in the winter months. The only complaint that I would have would be the slight crunching of sand from the fresh scallops.

I cooked the scallops in a non stick pan sprayed with OLivio spray and they were excellent,
The succotash looked so pretty, but when I added the cider vinigar it ruined the flavor. It was so strong and horrible tasting.
