This was so disappointing...I am not sure if I did something wrong but the vegetables were still really crunchy and just wasn't appealing. I love RR's recipes but this one won't be repeated.

Maybe I didn't make this recipe correctly, but I found this recipe to be most definitely a stew, with nothing soup-like about it.

It seems there wasn't enough contrast in the flavors of this recipe.

This was fine, but I won't make it again.

Made this and it was the absolute best. Cooked veggies (except potatoes for 15 min in evoo, added potatoes and cooked 5 more minutes and followed directions. Added additional garlic powder and half of a green bell pepper. Also added some parm the pot of soup and cooked for about 40minutes more than called for in the recipe. Cut heat off and added basil, SUBLIME!! This stoup was so full of flavor!

the chicken may taste better with shredded chicken rather than cubed.

This was a great fast one-pot meal that I will definitely make again. I must have cut the potatoes too big and they were a little too hard so next time I will make sure to cut them smaller. Basil and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano on top really made the dish great.

This recipe is amazing. Over time I have changed things ever so slightly by adding a bit more chicken and potatoes and I add the spinach a few minutes before the cooking time is over. I think this is a great recipe for a busy person on a tight schedule.

This is an easy and tasty one dish meal for cold nights. I did find the rosemary (3 sprigs to be a bit overpowering, so I will reduce that next time. I also added the garlic in with the potatoes because I like it browned a bit.
