    Haven't made it, but .... how does 5 lbs of meat (80 oz. make 6-7 6 oz. burgers???? You only need 2.5 lbs meat. So are the other ingredients in proportion to 5 lbs meat or 6-7 6 OZ burgers??

    I have had Bison.Ground as a "grass fed" Protein,Low in Fat.If Can Get Beyond the Animal,Tastes Very Good.My Dad "tricked" Me w/Venison.Literally Believed was a Beef Roast.Afterwards,He "shared"the fact.Stunned.As You will Be w/this tasty Burger.

    This is one outstanding burger. No condiments needed. The olive oil was a nice addition.

    Perhaps it's lacking a fancy "fusion-type" title of
    something...? Maybe because it doesn't have the latest required "new" ingredient like ancho or habenero peppers...?

    I don't know why there aren't any ratings or comments. Oh, well.

    So simple, But this burger is GOOD! And GOOD for YOU
    by being low fat. I added a little dab of olive oil
    because buffalo IS so lean!
