My husband LOVES peanut butter chocolate desserts, but these proved to be even too rich for him. Even cut smaller, they were just too much. If you like very rich desserts, you'll like this one. The peanut butter taste was not too overpowering, and they did look wonderful sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles and nuts.

I have read the reviews first...so i knew to make them smaller. I cut the at .75 in and they were great.I am making them again tonight as they didn't survive my Brother-in law's family.

I thought it was better before we added the peanut butter. If I were to make it again I'd leave it without.

Couldn't find lolipop sticks so I used toothpicks which didn't work very well.

I froze the rest that wasn't consumed (lot left over

I started making these for my moms birthday because she loves peanut butter so i thought it would be perfect, and it was. she came home while i was making them and i was cutting up the cheesecake cubes...she ate a bunch of them even WITHOUT the chocolate... and she wouldn't stop begging for more(no lie
and more the next day since i kept them in the freezer to dip in chocolate once i got home from school.
my friends loved them and my older brothers friend that lives with us loved it too.

Great recipe, pretty easy. it was my first time making a cheesecake and it turned out amazing.
I do think there a little less peanut butter would be better, for my taste at least.

Round one turned out totally undone. Batter is delicious, but it needs to cook much, much longer. I'm going to try again, but bake it for 45 min instead of 15 min.

Made these for a family gathering, and they were loved by all. My sister cannot tolerate wheat/gluten, so finding a GOOD dessert recipe is difficult.(I found myself serving a flourless chocolate cake at every occasion! These are so darling...the video prep on this site showed how easy these are to make and they freeze well, too. Try them!

This recipe did take a while to make, but it was well worth the time. The cheesecake turned out to be delicious! Also, I was a bit worried as I did not have a stand mixer or a paddle attachment, I carefully used an electric hand beater to mix everything and miraculously did not get a cracked cheesecake. In order to keep the chocolate dip from hardening I used a little fondue set to keep it warm as I dipped it! They were the hit of the party!

I haven't finished preparing these yet, but if the batter is any indication they will be great. I noticed that the recipes can make 36 1.5" pops. Using an 8" pan you need to cut the pops into 1" pieces or use a 9" square pan to make 1.5" pops.
