Not only is this recipe easy to prepare and makes many pops, it is truly excellent in my opinion. I have made this recipe 3 times for different occasions and each time the treat received rave reviews from everyone. Some people involuntarily groaned with what I can only describe as 'mouth ecstasy'. Others rolled their eyes heaven-ward immediately begging for the recipe. I take no credit for the taste, only for following the directions. They freeze quite well so I take the extras to work as a treat for my co-workers after a hard day, or just a job well done. The size of each pop is perfect for portion control too!

These pops were pretty good, but they took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to make. I used a waterbath, as suggested by the other reviews and it worked well. They turned out okay but they took about 2 days to make. There are still some in the freezer. These pops were just not worth my time.

The cheesecake came out creamy and tasted delicious. I loved the idea of adding chopped nuts on the outside of the chocolate.

but next time I make them I will just cook them a little longer. I kept mine frozen right up until ready to serve and a lot of people liked them that way. Said they tasted like ice cream. This was so easy and so good.

The end result tasted good, but looked horrible. The cheesecake was extremely soft, and the sticks often fell out when dipping or eating. I didn't use as much peanut butter as it called for, and I think this was a good decision. Just a hint of peanut butter was great with the chocolate coating. Pops were also difficult to coat in chocolate & were uneven. If I were to make this again, I would freeze the cheesecake and either thin out the chocolate or double the amount of chocolate used to coat the pops.
