    I FOUND THIS RECEIPE EASY TO PREPARE AND A DELICIOUS SUMMER DESSERT. I SERVED THIS AT MY DAUGHTERS BABY SHOWER. IT WAS A HUGE HIT.

    Its nice, but this recipe could probably serve 20-30 people. I'll stick with berries & heavy cream, a lot easier

    I tried this cheesecake and its the best. I have been wanting to make a cheesecake that didnt require me to bake and I have found it and fell in love. Although, I only used strawberries, my friends loved it and they want to know how i made it. I am not telling. Thanks Food Network

    ....but was a little surprised by the very soft texture of the cheesecake. I was thinking it might of been a little more dense being a cheesecake, but alas it was not. However it was very fresh, light, and creamy. I would make it again but calling it a cheesecake might be a bit of a stretch, though if you can make fish osso bucco (a Iron Chef creation, then I guess anything is fair game.
