    I usually love these recipes, and the ones from Giada....but this one was just gross. Sorry.

    This salad was a perfect balance of flavors, colors, and textures. I am glad that I did not use all of the dressing. I made it for a party and it was a true hit.

    Too much salt in the recipe. Too much clean up afterwards. But the combination of greens with parsley was good. Added some chicken strips for a more full bodied dinner.

    This salad turned out very yummy. My market did not have fennel, so I used Anise instead. I think peeled/seeded cucumbers would be another good mild substitute. Friends asked me for the reciepe as well - this one is a keeper. Thank you.
