I LOVED this dish and will be making it again soon! I marinated the chicken for at least 4 hours and then when I placed the chicken on the grill, I poured more of the marinate on the top of the chicken, and did the same again when I flipped the chicken over. I did not use the raspberry vodka with the marinade, although I may try using it and maybe a cheaper raspberry vinagarette next time, because I used an entire bottle of the Annie's vinagarette and it was $3.44 just for the bottle. Overall- this chicken was DELICIOUS!!

i liked this dish, and i will be making it again. i did not use the vodka, and it tasted fine to me without it. i definitely think that the key to this recipe is marinating for 24 hours, and then wiping off the chicken before it goes on the grill. the vinagarette should also be of good quality. this meal would be great for the springtime, with some lemonade or a dry white wine.

This was great. I didn't use the mint because I was on a budget. I let the chicken marinate for about 4 hours. I thought this was a simple & delicious recipe. I was surprised that my mom loved it because she usually doesn't like unique foods. She also loved the use of fresh raspberries. I used them as a plate garnish. This was a great meal, which will be saved in my Recipe Box & will be used over and over again.

My family and I really enjoyed the flavors. I used thigh meat instead of the breast, also used Giada's Raspberry vinaigrette that is available at Target stores..very tasty! I did not add the alcohol, however.
I will be making this again and again.. The chicken offered a light fruity flavor with a hint of mint.

I am not fond of grilling, so I did the marinade (though not as long as I should have and then put the chicken and marinade in a loaf pan (with 2 breasts and baked it for around 30 minutes. It is very moist. I think it would taste a little better had I let it marinade longer. But still, not bad!

I have made this for my family a few times and it's a HIT! I don't include the alcohol which apparently is a good move??
But, I say give it a second chance without the alcohol--maybe you'll like it better without it?

I tried this recipe (for just myself and my husband and it was terrible. I would never serve this to a child because (unlike the reviewer below I know that all alcohol DOES NOT cook out. From the US Dept. of Agriculture: http://homecooking.about.com/library/archive/blalcohol12.htm
    Considering
this recipe came from an episode about cooking for CHILDREN.... terrible.

Just when you think there are no more ways to cook chicken, this recipe comes to the rescue. My family and I love your recipe. I have cooked it four times now and still can't wait to make it again. Who would have thought to add raseberry's to marinate chicken in? Delicious, I would not change a thing!

This is amazing, and super easy. I set a cup of the marinade aside (before I added the chicken! to pour over the chicken when I was plating the dish. It's really tasty. The mint and the raspberry together are very tasty. Serve with a salad of greens, raspberries, oranges, walnuts with more of the raspberry vinaigrette dressing and you have and elegant, EASY meal.
