Oh My!! This was amazing. Way better than a ranch could ever hope to be! We dressed our salad and now we are dipping our veggies with the leftovers!

Best. Dressing. Ever. Wow, and I'm usually too lazy to review any recipe but this one is worth it.

This is one of the best, freshest-tasting dressings ever, hands down. I don't know how anyone can give it less than 5 stars. By the way, you need to use KOSHER salt .... if you use regular salt it will come out too salty.

Love, love, love this dressing! My husband only used Italian dressing, and doesn't like anchovies. Now, this is the only dressing we use at our house. The only thing I have trouble with is that it is thick. Thanks Ina!

Perfection! I was a little paranoid after reading the reviews of it being too salty or twangy or lemony... BOO! It was great!! I could tell from reading it that the recipe was solid, but I tried it out and went easy on the lemon, salt, anchovy paste... but it really needed exactly all of that! It was great just as it was written. I do like to change things up though, so I added a little extra anchovy paste, lime juice for half the lemon juice, Italian parsley, dried tarragon, and extra garlic. Make it to your own taste... and shaddup!!

Outstanding...best Green Goddess I've ever had. I did cut the salt in half and used seas salt other than that, followed recipe as is. Keep it up Ina!

No anchovy paste here and still absolutely delicious.

A great way to use up my huge basil harvest and now my new favorite salad dressing! If pesto is not your thing, make this instead. I used chopped olives and Worcestershire sauce instead of anchovy paste. Great with pasta and salmon. Yum!
