Wow! What a tasty dish! My husband who said he wasn't even hungry for dinner had three helpings! The lemon cream sauce is absolutely delicious. I substituted one cup of light cream instead of two of the heavy, and put in spinach instead of arugula b/c that's what I had on hand. Turned out delicious, will definitely be making again in the future!

I love this recipe. I made it a few times and everyone has given it rave reviews. If you don't like lemons don't use them at all, maybe for garish. I never use lemons and it taste great.

I thought this recipe was going to be really heavy...and I am very excited to say that it is not. If you don't like lemon then you will not like this....but it' great!

I'll have to admit I was hesitant about lemon and pasta. And it had arugula. But it wasn't the same old same old so why not?? It was really REALLY good. I didn't use arugula though I just used endive.

What an amazingly versatile, satisfying dish that is delicious, hot or cold. I've prepared it with grilled chicken and fresh shrimp, served it chilled as a pasta salad and substituted chopped asparagus for the broccoli. Every variation has been great. It makes a delicious accompaniment to poached salmon too. I've made it with half and half to try to lighten the caloric load a bit and it has turned out well. One day I"ll try making it with "fat free" cream or whole milk to try to drop the calories a bit more but geez, it's hard to mess with perfection.

I think it is one of the most delicious dishes! the flavors melt together, but stil stand out individually. It is a high caloric meal, but what the hey, every once in a while it's ok. I have made this a number of times for company and have rec'd standing ovations! thanks Ina!!!!

Unfortunately I can't rate it. I was trying to save on calories and used fat-free half&half. My sauce curdled as soon as I put the lemon juice in it. I finished up the recipe anyway because everything else was prepared. It tasted just fine, but looked pretty disgusting.
I will recommend not trying to reduce the calories on this dish and go with the full fat cream instead. I bet it is delicious!

Honestly, the best pasta salad I have ever made. It was absolutely delicious! My family loved it. I have made it for dinner parties and I get nothing but good reviews. Fairly simple to make too. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect summer dish!

I usually love Ina's recipes, but this one was disappointing. I followed her recipe to the T, and there was WAY too much lemon.
