These tomatoes are delicious! I used roma tomatoes from my garden. Baked them in a casserole at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. No problem with clean up. I have served them as a side dish, with mozzarella on top, bruschetta style and with pasta. Very good!

Two other words - parchment paper. (Ina always uses it, and I was surprised she didn't, in this recipe.

Don't get me wrong, the tomatoes turned out delicious, but the balsamic burned onto my cookie sheet and all the oil splattered all over my oven because of the high temperature, which was a terrible pain to clean. Not sure if I want to sacrifice more cleaning time and another perfectly fine baking sheet for these again

This recipe was so easy.....but I never expected it to taste as good as it did. Everything I try from Ina is wonderful, and she's becoming my favorite. Try this recipe....you won't be disapointed. I used the high quick cooking method.

These are divine. You're lucky if they make it to the table before gobbled down. I like them with roasted asparagus - esp in a wrap with Ina's veggie cream cheese spread...yum...

I paired the Roasted Tomatoes with Pork Loin, zuchinni and mushrooms.
Delicious! Very easy to make and I know I will be using this recipe over and
over. Thanks Ina, I love your show.
