Excellent and very easy. Salmon was crispy on the outside, just be careful of the amount of time you cook it on each side. Also, I wish I had used 1/2 more of the mushrooms and bok choy. Use low sodium soy sauce. A real keeper and one to pass along to friends.

I give this a 5 star because this dish is not only delicious, it is quick and easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. You can substitute any kind of mushroom you like, and can even vary the greens - for example, using swiss chard instead of bok choy. The combo of the garlic with the soy sauce and sesame oil is a wonderful compliment to the salmon. We have this year-round - it's one of our all-time favorites.

I just made this for dinner to-night it was so simple and delicious and very healthy. I also served couscous as a side dish, this will most definitely become a favorite quick mid week dinner.

This dish was very easy to prepare and really good. The salmon and veggies compliment each other nicely. I would definitely make this again.
