Read a review that said it was "bland and dry" ???
Pumped it up a bit to be safe.
    Turned out very well.
Don't over cook or it'll dry out.

    MMMMM.

I was afraid this would be bland, because so many other folks mentioned this in their posts, so I made some modifications upfront. I added chopped basil (fresh, baby portobello mushroom sauteed in garlic and diced, a tablespoon of prepared pesto and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. It came out lovely.

I made a vegetarian version of this recipe for dinner. Instead of using chicken, I used 2 cups of cauliflower and tomatoes, just the vegetables I had on hand. I didn't have roasted peppers so I sauteed some instead. It was delicious and very filling, served with some potatoes.

I made this for my in-laws on Father's Day and it was a HUGE hit!! I used the rotisserie chicken like she did in the episode and everyone raved about it. Yay for me impressing the in-laws!!

My family loves this recipe--especially because I've made it my own. Roasted chicken, cooked bulk sausage, shredded cheddar, mozzarella cheese--the recipe is too bland without my additions.

Last summer my oldest son (then 12 wanted to learn how to cook. After watching this the recipe on the food network I thought it would be a great easy choice. The only alteration we made out of necessity was leftover spaghetti noodles for the Orzo. It was amazing. and perfectly creamy. Since that incredible first time, my family has enjoyed different variations of the same incredible recipe. This dish as become a regular in my household and is great served on a bread of creamy grits or with a large salad.

Once I decided to try this recipe I made some changes. I used johnsonville brats for the meat and some cheddar cheese and some parmesan. My kids asked to make it again and I have made it several times. Its an easy and tasty recepie.

This is one of the easiest recipes to make since you can use already cooked Rotessiere Chicken. We couldn't get enough. Definitely recommend.

And garlic... I saw this episode and figured it might be worth the try but sounded kindda "eh" so I added a bit more ricotta and artichoke hearts along with fresh garlic... Turned out fantastic!
