This is very refreshing. I did not use the additional sugar as the wine and fruit does not need.

This is suposed to be Spanish so why not use a good Spanish Cava instead of Proseco?
It always bother me when these great chefs come up with an unknown or difficult to get ingredient and do not give a substitute "Spanish Orange Liqueur" I am sure there is one but never heard of it, how about some triple sec or Grand Manier?

delicious. Substituted a few of the fruits for others that looked more in-season (strawberries, etc and this made for a killer night! makes a ton of sangria!

I cannot go to any summer bbq's or gatherings without this!! Everyone always asks, "So, are you bringing that white sangria you brought to so-and-so's party?" If you are looking for something fun and refreshing to make, I highly recommend making this. IT WILL BE A HIT!! I couldn't find Prosecco at my grocery store (stop by you local Beverages & More aka BevMo but it's delicious with or without the Prosecco. If you want to add some color, add a few strawberries.

I made Emeril's White Sangria for a party, and EVERYONE loved it - men & women alike. We went through 3 batches! I had to forward the recipe to friends the next day. We heartily recommend it!
