I used 3 moderate sized chicken breasts and we had to double the panko and ranch dressing. Didn't even bother with the salt and they came out fabulous!! Fed three adults and a kiddo and we all wanted more!! The ranch dressing adds a great flavor to the point where we didn't use any dipping sauce. I am thrilled to find this as I want to stop serving frozen nuggets to my kiddo. :

Made these for my boyfriend and I tonight (in our 20s just for fun. They were great! Very crispy and good flavor. I had to flip them over half way through frying, will make them smaller next time. Also, I used Canola oil instead of vegetable because that's all I had and it worked nicely. Frying isn't so hard after all...

My son loved these and they were easy to make. Loved the panko crumbs, they made it nice and crispy.

We loved these. I really liked the ranch flavor and the crunchiness of the panko. They didn't taste salty to me at all, and I used Lawry's seasoned salt instead of regular.

I made a large batch and put them in the freezer for when my grandchildren come to visit. A few minutes in the toaster oven and they are ready to eat. These are sooooo good.

This recipe is great even when in a hurry. My kids enjoyed the different flavor the ranch gave the chicken. Thanks Paula for all you do with love and your best dishes.

I made these for my 4 year old niece....the PICKIEST eater on the planet. When I put her plate in front of her...she asked where the nuggets were. When I pointed them out...she scoffed and turned up her nose. Then I asked her to just try them and she asked for seconds and then asked for thirds. I think I have a fan when it comes to these nuggets...hopefully a fast food restaurant will no longer be getting their business with these simple and delicious kid friendly nuggets!!! The rest of the family raved about them. I had to make another batch to feed everyone. But we had no leftovers and I know I will be making these in the future!
    Thanks Paula!!!
