I had some bananas that got super ripe so I decided to make some banana bread. I only made the bread and also left out the raisins and nuts (I would have used them but I have a 10 month old daughter that I wanted to also let enjoy this banana bread, so therefore it could have not nuts as soon as I could smell it in the oven I knew it was going to be good, sure enough it was amazing it was so moist! my husband and his buddy kept raving about it as they were eating it! This recipe is definitely going in my book!

This is DELICIOUS!!! I skipped using the peanut butter and the peanuts, I'll try that next time. I made this as a finger food for a church function and it got raves. I used chocolate chips instead of raisins. The batter is so rich looking, I knew this would be amazing after it was baked. Make this if you like banana bread!!!

Amazing! Huge hit with everyone. The sandwiches are slightly unappealing to look at, but once they taste it, everyone always grab a second and third. The second time I made them, I added a 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. The banana, peanut butter and chocolate is the best combo. Also instead of using creamy peanut butter, I used chunky. and the second time I added 3 oz of cream cheese, just for a jazzy sweetness!

Awesome banana bread recipe. Didn't make the peanut butter sandwiches, the banana bread on its own is great. Will use this recipe from now on. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Cooked it for only about 40-45 min and it turned out to be so moist it fell into the glass of milk I was trying to dunk it in. Even as good as Mom used to make!

Used bananas that were somewhere between ripe and black, almost making a liquid when smashed. Also left the raisins out and didn't even get the chance to make the peanut butter sandwiches. The loaf itself was too good!
