Excellent. Easy, can't mess this one up no matter how hard you try. Love the richness of the coffee and the light fluffy texture. No effort whatsoever. Thanks Paula, finally, a chocolate dessert I can keep up my sleeve.

I made the cupcake recipe and it came out fantastic. The cake was so moist. The only thing I did differently was I melted a handful of chocolate chips into the coffee. This will now be my go to chocolate cupcake recipe. Delicious!

these arent my favorite cupcakes but they were quite good what i leaned though is this, if you pulse the oreos in a food processer then the cream is absorbed o=into the cookies, mashing them in a plastic bag allows the cream visible which in my opinion makes the dirt look better.

I made the cupcakes and icing from this recipe and then piped ghosts out of icing on the top since they were for a halloween party instead of the worms and dirt. This recipes is dummy proof. I was in a hurry, misread the recipe, and put the heavy whipping cream in the batter instead of the icing. As soon as I realized it I panicked but the cupcakes sill came out AMAZING. They were super moist and even the icing was good after having to use 2% in it instead of the cream. Paired with light fluffy ghosts they were a hit. Paula Deen will never cease to amaze me

Incredible!! Everyone loved these cupcakes! Hubby requested I make them again 2 weeks later, very unusual for him and sweets!

I made these and I absolutely loved them! I am a big fan of chocolate, so they were perfect for my chocolate cravings. I didn't put the gummy worm on them because I forgot them but it was amazing anyway. I highly recommend these.

Made it with gummy worms for the kids, without for the adults. Extremely moist. Have already shared recipe with others who raved about the cupcakes when I made them! I have a "foodie" friend who thought these were bakery bought...they are that good!
