The dressing was fantastic! Loved the flavor of the honey combined with the tartness of the lemon. Delicious!

I agree with those that said it didn't have much taste. Not a keeper.

An excellent dressing. I used Spicy Creole mustard to give it a little bite. I also added other greens in with the arugula and endives, and used a whisk instead of a blender. I couldn't stop eating this salad!

Wonderful salad and LOVE the dressing. Used "leftover" white wine for the vinaigrette and field greens for the salad. The toasted walnuts are divine on the salad. Would also be good with pear or apple slices and feta or blue cheese.

Light and easy. With no choice because of what was in my cupbard I left out the honey and arugula. Substituted spinach and left out honey all together. Still, it was a non-vinegary dressing and the toasted walnuts added so much. The only other alteration was a whisk instead of the blender. Great homemade dressing that will be a household staple going forward.

I made this for the dressing and it was fantastic! I substituted white wine vinegar for the white wine and used in a salad of field greens, shredded carrots, and red and yellow tomatoes. I like that the dressing it not overpowering - you can still taste the veggies.

Made this dressing and actually put it on a veggie salad with tomatoes, celery, red pepper, red onion, white beans, cucumber, basil and cilantro. It was awesome!!!

I made this recipe and jus relished in how delicious it was. Because I did not have walnuts I used toasted pecans. Yum :-

We love arugula and if I don't have endive on hand I just make this salad with arugula BUT, I always make a DOUBLE BATCH of this dressing. I love having it on hand, along with Tyler's Ultimate Viniagrette in the fridge. This dressing is very light and refreshing, you can tweek it with more sugar or honey to taste, but we love it just the way it is. I can't imagine who would buy bottled viniagrette when you can make it fresh, in minutes and for a lot less money. Thanks Giada, love it and you!!!!!!!!

Used the vinaigrette with a pasta salad. Loved it! Perfect mix of sweet and tangy for green or pasta salad. Will be making the vinaigrette for many more uses.
