I made it. It's so delicious. But if you don't like PB. Like my little sister she hates peanut butter. So i made 1/2 PB and 1/2 Nutella ( chocolate hazelnut-spread And it was delicious.

I made these tonight. The cookies tasted good though I am still on the lookout for the best chewy PB cookie - this was not it. I made ice cream sandwiches with them (left out the jam. They didn't really work- the cookies did not flatten at all in the oven and so the sandwiches were impossible to eat, with two thick cookies. I tried to flatten them before baking but they cracked around the edges so I couldn't get them as flat as I needed to. Perhaps my cookies had too much dough (for me the recipe made 16 cookies. Also to get a sandwich that really stays together you should probably freeze again after making the sandwich.

These cookies were definitely good, and if you're looking for a recipe without flour, this one is perfect: just as good as any other really good PB cookie. I didn't give it 5 stars because from reading the reviews, I was expecting something AMAZING, like the best PB cookie I've ever had. They were definitely among the best, but I've had others that were just as good.

Paula, these are great cookies for anyone wanting great cookies - forget the fact that they have no added flour or sugar! I have given this recipe out so many times to friends, especially those with diabetes, that people I don't even know from church & such come up & ask me for the recipe for "those cookies"! Thanks you Southern Doll!

This is my first Paula Deen recipe. I hardly watch TV, but was flipping channels and came across this recipe. I immediately went to make them, and my three year old son had to help. He got to roll the balls, and roll them in sugar. Doing the cross hatch with the fork was lots of fun for him. Then of course, he helped eat them. My husband isn't much of a peanut butter fan, but these cookies went really fast. I used all the sugar in the cookies, but would probably cut it slightly next time. I never got to the ice cream part, but the cookies are Awesome. They will be my secret weapon for my work cookie exchange/ contest next year!

Thank you so much for a cookie recipe without flour. I have celiac disease and cannot have anything with flour. I am so excited. I can make some cookies and eat them too.

Once again Paula has made an easy, fool-proof recipe that rocks!! I DID use all of the 1.5 cups of sugar instead of sprinkling or rolling them in, and it wasn't too sweet at all, they are awesome!! We love you Paula and I now have a memorized cookie recipe without using flour, amazing!!! I also got over 2 dozen with heaping teaspoons ! My Mom will love these!

I was just reading the comments and saw that a lot of people have said that the peanut butter cookies are too sweet. Well if you read the directions to the recipe is states that you use 1 cup of sugar. Not the full 1 1/2 cups that it states in the ingredients. I hope this helps alot of people.

    I Love you Paula!!!

Wow. I love this recipe. I make it when i ever have free time. Not the whole thing just the cookies. or i use the ice cream and jelly on regular cookies i bought too. the cookies you can also add semi sweet chocolate about a half or a cup if you want which makes it taste out of this world! i always make this before people come over. And every time you can change it a little. Instead of vanilla extract you can add cinnamon or chocolate. it is a great easy recipe. If you need more quick ideas to change the recipe up for parties- you can easily reach me by email ( mtkgrl44@aim.com . I am inspired to be a chef. And I am more than glad to help!
