Obviously this is a sandwich that should be enjoyed once in a GREAT while. All of you uptight people knocking on Paula should be ashamed of yourselves, I am sure she knows that if you exercise and enjoy fats sparingly its ok to indulge once in awhile...

Just by reading this my cholesterol went up 10 points . Why dont you wash it down with a nice glass of melted butter. If only Paula could find a way to cook butter in butter she would be in paradise

This recipe was stolen and adopted from the original fat darrell at Rutgers University. It consisted of Chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, french fries, marinara sauce, l/t. It is sad how this recipe has been adopted. Credit should be given to Rutgers University's Grease Trucks.

fried fried and more fried.the amount of fat and white starch in this sandwich is unreal. and so unhealthy. way too much startch in this one.
