Great Great party dish. Very easy! Also tried it with steamed broccoli instead of spinach for someone who doesn't like spinach....tasted excellent. Thank you Giada!

love it!!!!!!!!!! Made it for a beach trip with friends and threw it in zip lock bags for travel. Held up great and was not only loved at the dinner table but also around the counter after a night out. i added more meat and cheese to it and also made a little more of the dressing because i found it to be dry the first time i made it.

I loved this dish! I added some sautéed green peppers and plain black olives to the dish. That made it even better.

This was a very easy dish to make but like many others I thought it was incredibly bland and boring. It is a really light pasta dish which is nice but If I make this again I will definitely add some Italian sausage to give it more flavor.

Kinda bland :( unfortunately i made the recipe with exactly one pound of pasta and it wasnt good at all. I tried to add cayenne pepper to it to make it better but the asiago just was too overpowering. Made it for family and no one liked it :( Normally Giada's recipes are awesome i guess this one just didnt work for us

I agree with the last reviewer. I found this to be a little bland. I doctored it up and used cheese tortelini instead of plain pasta and found it to be delish. I think this recipe is a great guideline, and needs a little extra help to make it memorable.

I found the original recipe to be quite bland. So, I added 1 lb shrimp, a little butter, garlic powder, and oregano. It was delish after the modifications! Next time, I will probably double the amount of spinach, as another reviewer wrote.

Easy to make and delish! I love the spinanch and put a lot more than written in recipe. I'm hoping to try the "sauce" with something other than pasta...maybe just as a dressing for chicken. I love love this dish and recommend if you want something simple, quick, and great!
