Great snack when you're trying to be healthy! Making your own pita chips will impress your friends and it's also a lot easier on your wallet!!

I would not make these for a crowd, b/c its not a "show stopper" recipe, but it is great for me because they are tasty, quick, and a perfect healthy snack. I found it to be more effective to brush on the seasoned oil versus tossing it. I will make this again, but with a bit more salt. I served mine with red pepper hummus. It was a good snack. :-

These are the best pita chips I have ever made, they are perfect with hummous and also great with salsa! Made them for a pot luck and everyone loved them! Excellent like always Ellie!

This was very easy! I tried it with honey wheat tortillas and added a little cinnamon and sugar. With the tortillas, it was more effective to brush the first side with oil and seasonings, bake for 5 minutes, then flip them and repeat on the other side. They came out golden brown and crunchy - perfect for dipping!
