I think this recipe is very nice and refreshing, good on hot summer days. I added a little sour cream which gave the drink a nice creamy texture.

Cool, delicious, tropical and refreshing. I've made this a couple times now. I often get ripened mangoes at my supermarket reduced price for quick sale and always end up with all these extra ones about to go bad. This is a great way to use them up and it's absolutely delicious. I also add about a quarter cup of sugar to give it a little more sweetness. YUM.

This was my first time trying home-made Mango Lassi. It was absolutely delicious, and such a simple recipe too!

This recipe is good but just not awesome. However, I make it all the time since it is easy and normally have all the ingredients. Cuts out my sweet tooth quite nicely.

I made this drink with 2 ripe kent mangoes and it was delicious. The key is to have sweet mangoes. Even though it may not be authentic as some people here have noted, it was fast and very good. If I had all those extra spices on hand, then maybe next time I'll throw them in. If you want simple and good drink that most people and kids will enjoy then I recommend this recipe.

I have worked in several authentic Indian restaurants, and this recipe is nothing close to being authentic. Generally no ice or honey is used. The recipe that I have seen many times in restaurants has used rose water, whole fat yogurt, and occasionally some spices such cardamom.

One of the best drinks I've ever had. First time having a lassi drink.
