This is a wonderful, butter-free recipe. Most of the recipes I've come across have tons of butter or honey. I'm not a fan of honey recipes because all you taste is the honey! With this one, the maple flavor is evident, but light. I tried it with raisins, but prefer it with "craisins". I've made it twice in the last three weeks. : Great with yogurt, a little bit of milk, or to munch by itself. Thanks!

This recipe while yummy and nutritional, is also almost 300 calories per serving! This is a lot for breakfast!

Very good, added raisin, craisins, coconut and some chopped dates last 15 minutes of baking. will make this again. delicious with cereal, yogurt or just a snack :

I have never made granola before or even really thought about it. I am so glad I came across this video. It is so easy and so delicious. I ate it for breakfast this morning with some yogurt. My daughter also fell in love with it and ate it last night with some yogurt. You cannot go wrong!! I will never buy this stuff from the store.

WOW! This granola is fantastic. So nutty with just the right amount of sweetness. I enjoy a dish each morning for my breakfast. The only thing I did differently is I added more cinnamon. JUST PERFECT! I will be making this on a regular basis. Thanks, Ellie for starting my day off with a crunch and a smile!

This granola is da bomb! I will never buy granola again. We bought a gallon jug of maple syrup when we were in Vermont (we live in TX to have it to make this granola, which we make a double batch at least once every two weeks. I gave it as presents last Christmas and it was a HUGE hit.
It works well with honey, if you don't have maple syrup. Also I add the raisins in AFTER baking. And I have found that lining the pans with parchment paper makes it much easier to clean up, avoids burning, and makes it easier to pour the baked granola into a canister.

OMG this recipe was soo easy to do and tastes and smelled delicious... I like all of the healthy ingredients she uses and it is way better than buying it at the store. all of her serving suggestions worked perfectly and didnt take more than a couple of minutes to assemble! Perfect!!!
