I love moon fish and was thankful for a new way to prepare it. i used panko instead of bread crumbs.

This was a great recipe! And all my guests raved!
I had plenty breading left over though. So next time I am going to use a bit less flour and bread crumbs (maybe cut those in half so you can get more of that macadamia nutty taste.

I would definitely feed this to any guests in my home. Awesome. I substituted stir-fried/steamed bok choi and added a tomato-basil-pasta salad for an excellent early summer dinner. Could've been eating at a 5-star restaurant on the Big Island. Bravo, Emeril!
