I absolutely loved this recipe, I added freshed sliced mushrooms to top the pork loins and also had a vegetable for a side. I will definatly be making this again. Great recipe!

This was outstanding!! Pork came out perfectly tender & the roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette was equally delicious. Thanks Giada!!

I wanted to do something different with pork loin and decided to try this. The vinaigrette is really good! I used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (as suggested by a reviewer and it turned out perfect.

I am the World's worst cook. I wanted to make something for my boyfriend for Valentine's Dinner that would be good and easy. This was perfect exactly as the recipe calls. I did not change a thing. My chef of the family (my boyfriend actually complimented my cooking for a change. Easy and delicious. I will be making it again. I also shared it with a friend. Thank you Giada!

Wow, this pork was amazing. I did it with a 2.5 pound roast and served baked apples on the side. Delish!!

I seared the pork on the stovetop before cooking it and then put it in the oven in the same pan to finish cooking. Also used more garlic in the sauce and substituted chives for parsley. I tasted as the sauce blended and didn't follow the exact measurments... YUM! Definitely a nice base.

Very delicious I will be making this again! I doubled the amount of garlic to make it even more flavorful. I also roasted some thick pork chops instead of the roast. My husband loved it. This is a great method for roasting garlic.
