I made this for a party and everyone loved it!! I make it over and over...the secret not to much jam..or it will run out. I also used whole wheat tortillas and they were great!!

I made these quesadillas tonight along with the fried chicken salad that aired on the same episode. My family and I live in Texas so we are spoiled with excellent options of Tex Mex. This was very good. My husband, friends, and I all enjoyed it. The fresh spices were quite a nice touch! I used the apricot sugar-free jelly and used is sparingly. It turned out perfectly! Thanks.

This is a very simple and different appetizer which has never failed to please! If you find it too sweet, just go easy on the jam. A big hit for summer gatherings!

Even with just a little bit of the apricot preserves, my husband and I both found the dish to be too sweet. I made a second one without the apricot and then it was just too bland. So I probably won't make this dish again.

I didn't see this made on TV but it sounded really good so I made it and all the apricot preserves leaked out of the sandwich when heated and it made a mess that was impossible to eat and alsmost impossible to clean. Can anyone tell me how they got it to not melt and run all over?

This quesadilla was the best I have ever tasted. What a neat twist on the same old quesadilla.
    Love your show.

I made the recipe for dinner and it was really easy and I used the spreadable brie instead of the regular brie that Sandra used and it was just as easy! It was delicious too!
