Loved this recipe! I am a huge vegetable lover, and this dish allows me not to choose which one to cook when I want all of them. Will definitely be cooking this again, adding more bacon and more dressing

I really love Bobby Deen, it seems that he has taken to cookin like his mama! I was surprised to see Bobby Flays picture when I went to look for the recipe. I think whoever Zan is that left a nasty comment should really keep that to herself. Can't wait to try this salad, My Husband loves all those ingredents!

Flavors all all the beans/peas mixed together are so good. Cooking the onion in the bacon drippings makes all the difference. I cooked until it had a little color before adding the peas, corn and lima beans. Used Rice Vinegar instead of White Wine because that's all I had and it came out great. I added the bacon last and served right away at room temp because we like crispy bacon and couldn't wait it eat it. Thanks again for another winner.

It tasted o.k. warm, but I had to add Italian drerssing.BTW. You can find the recipe for the shrimp under pickled shrimp, but it is not prepared the way they did it on TV.(check my review and observation This is not the first time, that recipes do not match up with the episode on TV.

I liked the ingredients and tasted it right after I made it. Then, when I placed it in the refrigerator to cool, it seemed to loose something. My son and husband both said, "please warm it" and then they enjoyed it.

    Love your shows!

Dear Carrie, I also wanted to make the pickled shrimp (it looks so tasty I was disappointed when I didn't find it with the other ricipes from this episode. However, I did find it by searching on the Food Network website. Search for "Bobby's Pickled Shrimp" and it will come up, albeit with Bobby Flays picture attached to it. Mistakes happen. :- Even though I have yet to try it, I'll rate it 5 stars as it sounds delicious.

Linda (from California, OK, we get it; you are so pathetic that the only thing you can review is whether or not the picture of the chef is correct or not. STOP IT! We don't care about the picture - we do care if this recipe is something we should try or not and if are there any suggestions on how to make it better. Your recipe-inappropriate rating of one star has screwed up the ratings for this recipe. What's the matter? If you have a problem with Bobby or Paula - THEN DON'T WATCH THEM and absolutely stay off the reviewing/rating page! Food Network web guys; please do not post comments and ratings from people who haven't even made the recipe. Well, maybe you should go ahead and post the comments because it makes all of us "normal" people feel a bit superior, but please don't include the rating.

I have made a very similar version of this recipe (never added limas with some additional herbs. So Food TV guys - don't add my 4-star rating unless you remove stupid Linda's from California (of course rating.
