These cookies were very dry almost sandy. They did not flatten. I followed the recipe exactly. I will add granulated sugar and another egg and maybe a little more coconut. I am sorry I did not read the reviews before I made the cookies. I will do that next time.

These were great. Only thing I added was 1/2 cup sugar. Plenty moist, and the white chocolate frosting with toasted coconut were a perfect touch. LOVE these!

These were horrible cookies using the recipe as written. Definitely follow the suggestions below. They were very dry and "flour-y" when they came out the oven.

Yucky,Lousy, and a waste of time and money. I took the advice of those that rated this recipe b4 me, and they were still HORRIBLE.

I just pulled these cookies out of the oven and they are perfect! I did make some modifications to the recipe (thank you everyone else for your suggestions! I made a half batch with these adjustments: still used 1 egg, added 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and a tsp of vanilla extract. They turned out soft and flattened just enough. I can't wait until they dry to add the white chocolate and toasted coconut!

Paula this is not about the cookies,[but they are very good]. This is about your pumpkin cheesecake. WOW very very good. My family went crazy over it. Thanks for the recipe.

I made these cookies last year and everybody loved them. I really didn't notice the booboo in the receipe. The only thing that happened was that I burned the coconut in the oven twice and that wasn't the receipe, that was all me!!!

I really hate nothing more then wasting precious time making something that turns out so horribly...You really shouldn't have to read thru the comments/reviews to see what modifications you need to make in order to make the dish properly...I even thought that I could salvage the cookies after I baked them, but unfortunately, many of them disintegrated (after they cooled when I was attempting to move them to racks...Bottom line, these cookies really aren't worth the time/effort and waste of ingredients...Either remove the recipe or make the necessary modifications to the recipe and put it back up...
