The filling was easy, but rolling out all the pie dough seemed to take forever. My family did enjoy them though.

I made them with the pie crust, and they were good, the second time, I used frozen bread dough and rolled them in circles like calzones (frozen bread dough was a lot cheaper and better tasting...also good with sausage,onions, mozzella,onions and mozzella,,,optional mushrooms...yummy!
