i used graham cracker crumbs for convenience and electric hand mixer instead of a food processor and it still came out great.the lemon flavor was very refreshing it was very easy to make definatly a winner

I love the flavors of lemon and blueberry together but this recipe was a little tart. I will definitely try to make the dessert again but maybe with a little less lemon juice/zest. For a change in flavor, I would also substitute blackberry for blueberry.

My teenage daughter made these for her graduation party....awesome. You can actually cut into smaller squares as well. There was some "crack lines" in the cheesecake after baking---would a water bath eliminate this?

The cheesecake bars were a big hit with my husband and my co-workers. I have never had much luck with crusts but this one turned out beautifully!
