Excellent. I used frozen mahi and it was delicious. My husband said it was restaurant quality. (We eat at really good restaurants.
It was simple and quick to prepare. I'm adding it yo my regulars.

My husband is super picky right now trying to eat less red meat and chicken and more fish - but so picky! He absolutely loved this! We also made Kelsey's quinoa recipe with the coconut milk and lime juice and it was so yummy! I agree that the fresh cilantro really makes it. I also put some fresh cilantro in the quinoa too. You have to try this!

I never grilled fish before so this was a little intimidating at first to me. I couldn't find fresh Mahi Mahi in my area so I went with Atlantic Salmon filets instead. It turned out better than I expected and I even had a friend eating it(and she hates fish. She bragged to her mother about how wonderful it was(also hates fishand she talked me into making it again. Needless to say I had it twice within three days. Awesome recipe! And super easy!

I've been making this recipe for years now and everyone I serve it to just loves it. The sprinkle of cilantro before serving makes it! I've shared the recipe with my friends and family and it is now my husband's favorite fish dish, you've got to try it because once you do, it will be a regular in your cooking repertoire.

I found this recipe rather bland and the dish a lackluster eating experience. That said, I think fish, in general, requires a little bolder flavors than other foods. If you like spicy, bold, or a rich flavor profile I think you will be disappointed in this one.

I found the marinade odd, did not taste good at all. I followed
the directions perfectly. Will never use tequila in a marinade ever.

This is an easy and delicious recipe. I have made it with several different kinds of fish and it always comes out great!
