This Mojito is my most favorate summer drink. It is refreshing and so tasty. For the last 3 years I have been making this every summmer at every function and always recomending to everyone. All my friends just lOVE it! I always make a big jug of the ginger simple syrup and pick my mint and blueberry from my backyard when in season as I am always ready for a refreshing drink. Everyone must try! LOVE IT!

Every time I make these they get rave reviews and I am always asked to make them again even when I tell my friends that this mostly a summer drink, they don't care!

Sorry it missed the mark. No one wanted a second, with this crowd that's amazing. Maybe I might give it another try sometime but definitely I'd would use rum.

OMGOODNESS!!! I LOVE these. I saw this on tv the other night and fell in love with them before even trying them out! Blueberries are just awesome and any recipe that has them just has to be GREAT! I'm a Caipirinha cocktail drinker, which uses Cachacha Rum, simple syrup, & limes...so this cocktail is very similar to it and already another favorite! I did use regular Rum, instead of Vodka, but it still tastes delicious. Very refreshing, simple to make, and pretty to look at! Can't wait to try it out on friends! CHEERS, TYLER!!!!

This is a great drink, very refreshing. The vodka, ginger and blueberries go great together.

Our cookout crowd loved this refreshing Mojito. We made it with rum instead of vodka and only used one container of blueberries for a full pitcher (8 drinks, but the flavor was great and the berries added a nice color. I also squeezed two more limes into the pitcher in addition to the muddled wedges to kick up the lime taste. We have been making a ginger-infused simple syrup to use in our mojitos for a couple years now and they are well-loved by our friends. But this time the addition of blueberries made these drinks even more tasty!

Ok, so maybe it's not technically a Mojito, but as a vodka drinker, I'm always looking for new vodka cocktails. Made this for the 4th and it got rave reviews. The ginger was a great touch, and putting blueberries in a cocktail makes everyone feel like they're being healthy! So those of you who have a problem with the name of this drink, just call it something else and enjoy it!
