May not be for the adventuresome, but if you like bold flavors, add this one to your repertoire.

Made these burgers for the first time today. Very tasty. We love Indian food and couldn't wait to try these burgers. They did not disappoint. I substituted ground turkey for beef, but the end result was still so tasty thanks to the tamarind sauce, seasoning for the meat, as well as the relish.

I love the flavors. At first I thought it might be alot of work to do this but I was wrong. It was easy and smells and flavors just make your mouth water. I served them at a BBQ/Party and everyone loved them, even the kids. So this burger is now our new favorite for this year. I hope the gentlemen who thought this up will think up more burgers. This burger is Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
