Made these following the recipe exactly, only- I may have subconsciously forgotten to purchase the mint so it did not get added. The burger itself was.... Alright. It entirely depends on the quality of your Jerk spice. Mine was thyme laden and as a result the burgers tasted like... thyme. The avocado sauce was DELICIOUS without the mint.
The chipotle was very spicy, but I was OK with it. All in all, pass it! Find a better burger.

We barbecued these for a family reunion, 30 people, everyone raved about them. Made them as advertised. Except made the burgers a little smaller. This burger is also one of the least putsy recipes from the build a better burger contests. Do try and enjoy. They were so good we were requested to do them again this year.
