This recipe is just a bit too sweet, and definitely does not compare to having the BBQ Spaghetti at Neely's Restaurant in Memphis.

This recipe was too sweet, but I added some plain spaghetti sauce to balance out the sweetness. It is now one of my families favorite meals.

This recipe was good but i had to change it a bit.
It was SOO sweet that i couldnt stand it! So i added one big can of tomato sauce and it was still sweet. Also too much vinegar for me. I am making this again tonight, I'm not going to add as much sugar and probably half the vinegar. Also i dont have pork so i'm using ground beef. I used ground beef the last time and it was good. If you don 't like really sweet BBQ def cut back on the sugar! I love sweet BBQ and it was way to sweet for me. Just a heads up on that!
Other than that it was very good :

    1 cup = 8 oz
    1/2 cup = 4 oz
    1/4 cup = 2 oz
Hope this helps! Of course anything that calls for 1 oz, obviously you use half of a 1/4 cup. & 3 oz well you should be able to figure that out....: Any meauring cup has this conversion on it....I was actually going ot buy one and just took a picture of the conversion on my camera phone to refer to at home. All-in-all this was very good recipe. I also added Neelys BBQ aqnd a pinch of Kosher salt to the sauage when I was cooking that and the was very good as well
