The whole family enjoyed these beans. I did add tomato, but it was easy and great tasting.

I just made these for Father's Day a day i advance. They taste great and I'm sure it'll taste great for the party tomarrow. I used a lot of tabasco sauce & it had a great kick. Loved it!

That quote was from my husband. He really liked this. Neither one of us care for butter beans, so I used navy beans. They were a little mushy, but it didn't affect the flavor. Still very good. I think I may try and find a different herb though. Not sure I care for the parsley. All I could find was Italian, rather than flat leaf. Don't know if that would make a difference.

I am in love with butter beans! They are so creamy and satisfying. The smoky dressing was perfect. I added celery for an extra crunch, fantastic!

I made these with white kidney beans, and a little celery. VERY good, and very flavorful with a bit of spice.

I just made this and I think it is really good. I used cannellini beans because it's what I had on hand. The tastes all blended together well. I will be making again.
