    Robin-this is totally over the top! The Flank Steak is outstanding just by itself. The grilled veggies are just the right add-on, but I have to admit I'm not a real big fan of parsnips. I won't give up but I used yellow peppers, yello and green squash and vidalia onions (as long as they are in season.

    My wife is a type-2 diabetic so I play with some of the ingredients to accomodate her situation. Most times Splenda or Splenda-blend works just fine.

    Try it-you'll like it!

    I made this steak with mint-cilantro mojo for dinner for my parents, sister, and husband. It was so delicious and couldn't be easier! This is a wonderful, flavorful mariande and every bit was gone in a flash. I love the Asian flavors in the marinade. Everyone loved it! I will definitely make this recipe again and again. Thanks Robin! You rock!
